Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) is seeking an experienced Client Intake Specialist to join our personal injury firm in Beverly Hills, CA. This candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be a team player and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

▪ Answering phone calls.

▪ Screening potential case leads.

▪ Drafting correspondence to new clients and insurance companies

▪ Calling clients and or witnesses to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.

▪ Organizing and maintaining documents in electronic file systems.

▪ Obtaining relevant case information.

▪ Updating case management software with client information.

Qualifications/Experience:

▪ Client intake experience: 1 year minimum (Required)

▪ Personal Injury experience: 1 year minimum (Required)

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish & English (Required)

▪ Exhibits compassion, empathy, and professionalism when communicating with clients

▪ Capable of working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

▪ Outstanding attention to detail.

▪ Skilled in time management and effective at multitasking.

▪ Maintains composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other applications/systems, such as Adobe and internet-based tools.
